Terms of service
Last updated October 2026. These terms cover Lida during the private preview. By requesting access or using the app, you agree to them.
Private preview
Lida is in private preview. Invites go out in waves, features change, and occasional downtime or rough edges are part of the deal. Requesting access holds your place in line; it does not guarantee an invite date.
Accounts
One account works across the website and the desktop app. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account.
Plans and credits
Session time counts against your plan's credits. 1 credit is about 1 minute of Lida working with you. The plans and their provisional prices are on the pricing page. Paid billing is not open yet. It will be announced before it takes effect, and nothing is charged silently.
Acceptable use
Use Lida for lawful purposes. Do not try to access other people's data, disrupt the service, automate bulk sign-ups, or use sessions to process content you do not have the right to share. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Availability and warranty
Lida is provided "as is" during the preview, without warranties. We aim for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Changes
We will revise these terms as the product matures and note the date of the revision here. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
